On April 4th, 2018, Covelli Family Limited Partnership celebrated 20 years in Florida with the opening of their 80th bakery-café in the area. The grand opening included surprise giveaways, a celebratory toast, ribbon cutting and a $200,000.00 check presentation to the Foundation for Foster Care.
This year, Panera Bread spent Valentine’s Day decorating cookies with the kids of St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital. With plenty of icing, sprinkles, and candy decorations in hand, the kids were invited downstairs in the hospital lobby to enjoy a Snoopy themed Valentine’s party.
On May 10th, 2018 Covelli Family Limited Partnership had the pleasure of hosting its 6th annual Panera Bread Knead for Knowledge Scholarship Dinner at the Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club. During the ‘Hollywood Award Show’ themed night, $65,000 in scholarships was awarded to 24 students.

The Panera Bread Knead for Knowledge Scholarship Program was developed to address the emotional, financial and academic strains of children who have battled childhood cancer or a chronic blood disorder.
